Protaras Holiday Villa PRPC3 Posidonas 3 is a new and spacious villa just 2 minute's walk to Kalamies Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Cyprus.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa with chez long, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances.
The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, a second double bedroom with en-suite shower and a twin bedroom with two large single beds which is also en-suite and includes a wooden baby crib. All bedrooms offer air-conditioning and ceiling fans for extra comfort.
Villa Posidonas 3 offers a large, tiled, overflow pool and a covered outside patio area fully equipped with a comfortable rattan sofa set, outside dinning table, excellent BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night.
This child friendly villa is fully air-conditioned offers stair gates for child safety and is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic break.
Posidonas is located in one of the best locations of Protaras-Pernera area, just 2 minutes' walk to the picturesque Kalamies Beach. Within a 300 metre radius you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beach and much more.
Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is quickly becoming as popular as central Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!
The nearest beach is Kalamies which is a white sand beach next to the picturesque fishing harbor of Golden Coast. There can be found many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras-Pernera also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Within 2-5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras Centre with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk, or for sun-downers/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.

The villa is practcally in Nausicaa Hotel Apartments in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location.
