Protaras Holiday Villa Rocco is a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom detached property, located in a quiet area of Protaras just a minutes' walk to Fireman's Beach and a 5-minutes walk to all amenities.
The ground floor offers an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area with a fully equipped modern kitchen a dining table for 6 persons, comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV and guest WC. On the top floor the villa features two en-suite bedrooms, one with a double bed each and one with a bunk bed and a sofa bed.
The outside features a wooden deck patio with private pool, a fully furnished pergola-covered with sofas, dining table, bar and BBQ.
Villa Rocco has been decorated with care and taste from the owner with many small details to make this beautiful villa feel like a home away from home.
The villa is fully equipped with all modern amenities, fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels.
The nearest beach, less than a 3-minute's walk, is Firemans's Beach, a picturesque white-sand beach with crystal clear terquise waters. Within just a couple of minutes' walk from the villa you will find a bacery, kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pub, Karas Fish Restaurant, and all amenities you would require for compfortable holiday. Unlike central Protaras, Kapparis area where the villa is located is open throught the year making Villa Rocco ideal for anytime of the year.
At Central Protaras only 3.5km away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than three minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants which are favored amongst the locals for the their high quality. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbor the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Central Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it easily accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
Listed Prices include 200KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro100 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

The bunk bed in the bedroom was uncomfortable and felt unsafe, it was extremely awkward to climb up and down the bed, the bed wobbled, the kid didn't dare on top, the younger child slept on the sofa, but a person taller than 150 cm can't there.

Cleaning must be more careful. You should leave the minimum of washing powder and dishwasher. Because to buy this all for a short stay a bit expensive!
