The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast island and all modern appliances. A living room area with comfortable furniture, flat screen TV, dining table for eight persons and guest WC.
The upper floor features the master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, a third bedroom with two single beds and the family bathroom.
Protaras Villa Dafni is fully airconditioned, fully equipped and offers high speed private internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian speaking channels as well as all sports channels.
The whole outside area is fully decked, and the landscaped garden provides adequate privacy from the neighboring properties. Villa Dafni offers a very comfortable, semi covered pool patio equipped with sofa set, dining table, bar with stools and a state-of-the-art BBQ.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
This property enjoys the professional management of BMA Cyprus Holiday Group. Our experienced reps have a vast knowledge of the Island and all the beautiful sights Cyprus has to offer. They can assist you in Transfer arrangements, excursions, car rental and much more. Our Maintenance and Housekeeping are available 24/7 to ensure you get the very best out of your holiday.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/KWh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.

The interior is clean and modern, with all necessary amenities and friendly, responsive rental staff on hand if needed. We had some minor issues, but these were sorted almost immediately.We would recommend this villa for couples and families.

Although the pool is lovely, the area surrounding has been covered with decking, which is not the best quality installation. There are screws sticking up and loose boards, which is the only thing that prevented me giving a five-star rating.
