Absolutely beautiful villa in one of the most convenient location with 3 minutes walk from some of the best beaches, restaurants, bars and shops in the area.
Chateau Blanc with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin can comfortably accommodate 6 persons and there is also available a baby cot and high chair.
The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and living room area with modern luxury furniture, Flat Screen TV, Satellite with both English and Russian speaking channels, DVD Player, Wii Console with games and much more.
The whole outside area is fully decked and the landscaped garden provides adequate privacy from the neighboring properties. The BBQ is very well though of and the LED lights around the pool create a very nice atmosphere for your evening parties.
Villa Chateau Blanc is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within a 100 metre radius you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nighlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
