Protaras Seafront Villa Violetta is a spacious and elegant 3-bedroom seafront villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the coast of Protaras, just 2 minutes’ walk from Fig Tree Bay, a Blue Flag, white-sand beach with crystal clear blue waters. Situated on the tip of the peninsula, at the very best position and in the heart of Protaras, yet far from the crowd and noise, the villa enjoys 270 degrees of panoramic sea views and is a short walk from the Central Protaras Strip.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen that open into a beautiful Mediterranean garden patio. On the same level there is the first bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The upper floor offers the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite full bathroom with a shower and the third bedroom with two single beds. A large veranda with amazing sea views can be accessed from the third bedroom as well as from the front garden.
The house has been recently renovated in 2022 and all furniture and equipment are brand new and of high quality and comfort. The villa is completely equipped to feel like a home away from home, is fully air-conditioned and all rooms offer ceiling fans for extra comfort. The ground floor features large window openings to enjoy the panoramic sea views and the garden. There is also satellite TV with all European and Russian channels as well as sports channels and high-speed Wi-Fi internet.
Villa Violetta is situated in a unique location rarely found at such close proximity to the sea, just a couple of minutes’ walk to Fig Tree Bay, one of the Top Beaches of the World, and the Central Protaras Strip with all the amenities. This unique, standalone villa, at this location is one of its kind and offers tranquility and the chance to appreciate the region to its fullest.
This property is suited for families. Parties, celebrations of any kind and disturbance to the neighbors are strictly forbidden. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guests being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
This property enjoys the professional management of BMA Cyprus Holiday Group. Our experienced reps have a vast knowledge of the Island and all the beautiful sights Cyprus has to offer. They can assist you in Transfer arrangements, excursions, car rental and much more. Our Maintenance and Housekeeping are available 24/7 to ensure you get the very best out of your holiday.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/KWh.
For stays shorter than 7 nights there is supplement over and above the nightly rate.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette maison. La situation est exceptionnelle, vue sur la mer ou que l’on soit.
La maison est au calme, mais toute proche des commerces et restaurants accessibles à pieds avec le chemin en bordsee more

La maison est au calme, mais toute proche des commerces et restaurants accessibles à pieds avec le chemin en bord de mer. La maison est grande, lumineuse, bien équipée , nous avons eu la bonne surprise de découvrir des victuailles dans le frigo à notre arrivée . Contact très facile et très aimable. Nous n’avons qu’une envie , y retourner ! |
