Protaras Villa Royal Pearl is located in one of the best areas of Protaras just 400meters from Central Protaras Strip and 700 meters from Sunrise Beach while Fig Tree Bay is a comfortable 15 minute walk along the beach. Within a 1 km radius you will find a clinic, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beaches and much more.
Protaras offers numerous beaches, good nightlife and is the ideal holiday destiination especially for families with children.There are many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The water park, the biggest in the Middle East, can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only 14km away. The aquarium is a 5-min drive.
Within 3 minutes’ drive you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach. Konnos Bay is a 8 minutes'drive in the oposite direction. The coastal walkway linking Protaras Centre with Pernera is beautiful and flat making it easily accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants and cafes where you can stop for breakfast, coffee or dinner.
