Protaras Posidon By the Sea is a spacious and comfortable, five bedroom, five bathroom, second line to the beach property, with private swimming pool, located just a few meters from the Blue Flag Fireman’s Beach in Kapparis.
The ground floor features a large, open-plan living room, with a fireplace and a large bar with stools, a TV-lounge area, and three steps further up a fully equipped kitchen and dining table for ten persons. The large balcony doors open wide to the pool patio and a semi covered veranda. The ground floor also offers a guest WC and a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
The first floor offers a further four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin. All bedrooms are en suite and open up to a balcony with partial side sea views.
Carefully furnished and decorated to feel like a home away from home, Protaras Posidon By the Sea is fully air-conditioned, fully equiiped, with fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels, central heating, private parking and private swimming pool. At the swimming pool level there is also a small children play area and a BBQ area.
Protaras Posidon By the Sea is located in a gated complex, in a quiet area of Kapparis in Protaras over the Blue-Flag Fireman's Beach. Malama Beach is less than 5 minutes’ walk away. Kapparis resot, which is operational all year round is within a few minutes’ walk and offers many local and international restaurants, bars, beach bars, supermarkets and shops.
Central Protaras is only 3 kms away and there can be found many beautiful beaches inlcuding the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with all kinds of water sports, like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months. Ayia Napa is about 10 minutes' drive from the villa.
Protaras offers many activities for families and children, and there is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only about 15 minutes’ driva away. Closer to the villa, less than three minutes’ drive is the more local town of Pernera/Ayia Triada, with its own 'strip of restaurants which are favored amongst the locals for the their high quality. Within 5 minutes’ drive you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbor the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
Listed Prices include 400KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro250 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.
