Protaras Holiday Villa Olivia Pearl is a brand new and super luxurious villa just 3 minutes’ walk to Central Protaras Strip and 5 minutes' walk to Sunrise Beach, one of the best beaches in Cyprus, a Blue Flag destination with crystal clear blue waters and fine white sand.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a bathroom with shower enclosure and toilet. The large pool patio windows offer beautiful pool views from all places of the living room and open wide to join the interior with exterior patio and garden area. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, Russian and European channels, Nespresso coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances.
The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower and distant sea views, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two large single beds as well a third bathroom.
Protaras Villa Olivia offers a large private pool that offers the option to be heated which is strongly recommended between November to March. The pool patio area is fully equipped with a comfortable sofa set, outside dinning table, excellent BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night.
This child friendly villa is fully air-conditioned villa offers stair gates for child safety and is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic break.

Protaras Villa Olivia Pearl is located in one of the best areas of Protaras just 300meters from Central Protaras Strip and 500 meters from Sunrise Beach while Fig Tree Bay is a comfortable 15 minute walk along the beach. Within a 1 km radius you will find a clinic, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beaches and much more.
Protaras offers numerous beaches, good nightlife and is the ideal holiday destiination especially for families with children.There are many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The water park, the biggest in the Middle East, can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only 14km away. The aquarium is a 5-min drive.
Within 3 minutes’ drive you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach. Konnos Bay is a 8 minutes'drive in the oposite direction. The coastal walkway linking Protaras Centre with Pernera is beautiful and flat making it easily accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants and cafes where you can stop for breakfast, coffee or dinner. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
For Heated Pool option there is an additional charge of 40euro per night with minimum 5 nights. Please note that we need a notice of two days to heat the pool.

Unfortunately it was like living on the square in Ayia Napa. The guests in Villa 16 across the road took over the whole street. They had 5 quad bikes and were continually driving up and down the street outside the villa at all times of the day and nisee more

They had 5 quad bikes and were continually driving up and down the street outside the villa at all times of the day and night up to 3 am in the morning. Between the 5 of them and the 5 girls they brought with them screaming and shouting every night i,m very surprised if other villa guests didnt make complaints about them. they were outrageous and didnt care about any other guests. I know for a fact that one other villa guest was not happy with them. The noise was terrible and that was every single day and night. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it as you dont know who is renting but i was expecting to have a lovely peaceful holiday not a 20 something rave every night. I didnt mention it at the time as it may have brought unwanted attention or trouble our way.
