Protaras Lemon Tree Holiday Villa is located just a few minutes' walk from the beach between Konnos Bay and Mimoza Beach. Central Protaras Strip and the famous Fig Tree Bay, is about 5 minutes' drive and so is Ayia Napa.
The ground floor features a vary spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa set, dining table and guest WC. The first floor offers two large double bedrooms, a family shower room and a small balcony.
Summertime in Cyprus is meant to be spent outside and Lemon Tree Villa is perfect for this. Two pergola covered verandas and a built-in BBQ with a convenient bar make it perfect for the evening barbeque and there is also a wooden playhouse with toys for the children to pass their time.
Lemon Tree Villa is fully air-conditioned, fully equipped and offers high speed wi-fi internet, satellite TV with Russian & UK channels, BBQ and garden.
Protaras Lemon Tree Holiday Villa is located in a quiet area of Cape Greco, ideally located to explore some of the best beaches in Cyprus. Mimoza Beach is only about 600m from the villa while the picturesque Konnos Bay with white sand and crystal-clear blue waters is 1km away.
Central Protaras and Fig Tree Bay is 2.8km away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the most famous Fig Tree Bay & Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and International restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in Europe can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa is the suburb of Kapparis, and more a bit further down is the smaller town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants (some good local ones as well) that are less than three minutes’ drive away. There you also find Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk, or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
Listed Prices include 200KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro100 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
