Protaras Hestia Holiday Villa is a brand new and super luxurious villa walking Distance to Kapparis Centre and just 3 minutes’ walk to Ayia Triada Beach and 5 minutes' walk to Malama Beach, two of the best beaches in the area, both being a Blue Flag destination with crystal clear blue waters and fine white sand.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The large pool patio windows offer beautiful pool views from all places of the living room and open wide to join the interior with the exterior pool patio and garden area. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, Russian and European channels, Tassimo coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances.
The upper floor features three bedrooms with comfortable double beds. The master bedroom offers en-suite shower room while the other two bedrooms share the family bathroom. On the same floor there is also the washing machine and dryer.
The pergola-covered roof garden is accessible from the interior of the villa and offers a sitting area and distant sea views.

This family friendly villa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned villa offers parking for two cars and is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic break.

Protaras Hestia Holiday Villa is located in one of the best areas of the region, about 500m from two beautiful beaches and five minutes’ drive to Central Protaras Strip. Within a 2 km radius you will find a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, watersports, organised beaches and much more.
Protaras offers numerous beaches, good nightlife and is the ideal holiday destination especially for families with children. There are many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer including water ski, wake surfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing and parasailing and much more. Protaras and Ayia Napa offer a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa. Kapparis area, where the villa is located is open all year round.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East, can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only 16km away. The aquarium is a 5-minunte walk from the villa.
Within 5 minutes’ drive you can get to Paralimni Marina and Protaras Fishing Harbour, the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach while Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach are about 10 minutes' drive. The coastal walkway linking Protaras Centre with Pernera is beautiful and flat making it easily accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants and cafes where you can stop for breakfast, coffee or dinner. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/KWh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and always keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
