Theodora is a larger than normal 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with a spacious garden and outside pool area.
The beach is just a short stroll away as is the Central Protaras Strip where are all the shops, bars and restaurants. The pool area is spacious with 6 sun loungers, a garden dining table, parasol and dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a BBQ if you do not fancy going out to eat.
As you walk into the open plan lounge area, there is a large widescreen television, dvd player and satellite television next to an open fireplace. There is a breakfast bar and kitchen area with every utensil you would need. Downstairs there is also a guest W.C. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom has en-suite shower and a double bed and two twin bedrooms. There is also a small balcony with chairs and a table. The family bathroom room with a tub and shower is also upstairs.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers high speed wi-fi internet free of charge.
This villa is located just a few minutes walk away from the end of the Protaras strip on a resort which was newly completed in the summer of 2012. The beach is less than 2 minutes walk away and the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach which was voted the third best beach in Europe by TripAdvisor is only a few minutes walk away.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
