Protaras By the Bay Villa 33 is a brand new and super luxurious villa about 10 minutes' walk to Protaras Centre and all amenities, and just 8 minutes’ walk to the nearest beach.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The large pool patio windows offer beautiful pool views from all places of the living room and open wide to join the interior with the exterior pool patio and garden area. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, Russian and European channels, Nespresso coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances.
The upper floor features three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom offers en-suite shower room and a double bed, the second bedroom also offers a double bed while the third bedroom offers two single beds. The washing machine is on the top floor landing before the exit to the roof garden.
The pergola-covered roof garden is accessible from the interior of the villa and offers a sitting area and distant sea views.

Protaras By the bay Villa 33 is located in one of the best new built areas of the region, just 2-minute drive from Central Protaras Strip and the beautiful Sunrise Beach, A Blue Flag destination with white sand, crystal clear blue waters and all amenities. Within a 2 km radius you will find a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, all kinds of water sports, organized beaches and much more.
Protaras offers numerous beaches, good nightlife and is the ideal holiday destination especially for families with children. There are many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer including water ski, wake surfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing and parasailing and much more. Protaras and Ayia Napa offer a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife in the summer months and within very easy reach.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East, can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only 16km away. The aquarium is a 5-minute drive from the villa.
Within 3 minutes’ drive you can get to Paralimni Marina and Protaras Fishing Harbour, the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach while Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach are about 10 minutes' walk or just 1 minute's drive. The coastal walkway linking Protaras Centre with Pernera is beautiful and flat making it easily accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants and cafes where you can stop for breakfast, coffee or dinner. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/KWh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and always keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Вилла хорошая ,но на мое мнение цена завышена . Сервис: бассейн нас чистили и проверяли каждые 3 дня . А вот уборщицы не было ни одного раза за 8 дней 🤷️. Если нет возможности убирать можно поставить моющие чтоб люди сами могли это сделать . Обратитsee more
Вилла хорошая ,но на мое мнение цена завышена . Сервис: бассейн нас чистили и проверяли каждые 3 дня . А вот уборщицы не было ни одного раза за 8 дней 🤷️. Если нет возможности убирать можно поставить моющие чтоб люди сами могли это сделать . Обратите внимание на запах и канализации которая есть в туалете.Так же я думаю не составит труда ,раз вы берете такие деньги за вилу ,предоставить капсулы для посудомойки .
Очень впечатляет когда приезжаешь хозяева позаботились о такой мелочи что очень было приятно. В холодильнике стояло молоко ,лежал хлеб ,джем ,водичка(за это респект ). Кофе растворимый мы не пьем ,поэтому была рада кофе машине . В целом вилла не плохая ,но на мое мнение завышенная цена ,так как море не близко . А к нему добраться идешь через пустыню и неприятный запах. |
