Description
Protaras Art house By the Sea is a stunning property located on Cape Greco coast line with amazing uninterrupted views of the sea. It has 5 boutique styled bedrooms, 3 en-suites and a main bathroom. The outside space is 600 square meters and consists of a large overflow swimming pool, whirlpool which can be heated (upon request) and an oasis garden filled with fruit trees.
The villa has been uniquely renovated by a well know architect to have an ultra modern design that exudes elegance. Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have access to the patio which leads to the swimming pool. The fifth bedroom is on the upper floor along with the open plan chic living space. Every inch of the house radiates stylishness with extravagant touches, at the same time giving guests the ideal place to escape to the sun and enjoy the views the house has to offer.
Located on the upper floor, the large open concept living and dining area boasts fantastic sea views over the pool. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a covered veranda allowing you to enjoy the panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea. Furnished with comfort in mind, the living area is the heart of the house for which the rest of the accommodation flows.
Complete with all modern appliances, Protaras Art House is fully air-conditioned, offers a well equipped kitchen, high speed wi-fi and satellite TV. The property is comfortable, tastefully decorated and well maintained and there is no doubt that this villa will ensure a comfortable holiday for the most demanding guest.
A comfortable footpath provides easy access to the sea directly in front of the villa. Even though this is not a sandy beach, the waters are crystal clear and super clean. There are two organised beaches both within 10 minutes' walk from the villa. Mimosa, a small white-sand beach that offers a small restaurant, sun-beds and parasols and Konnos Bay, a Blue-Flag destination with white sand and crystal blue water, complete with proper facilities and its charming beach cafe-bar.

A more family oriented resort ideal for children of all ages has numerous crystal clear water and white sand beaches, the most famous of which is Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach which are about 2.5km from the Villa or about 5 minutes' drive. Near these beaches is the Central Protaras Strip where most of the hotels, shops, bars and restaurant are located. In the same area you can find supermarkets, pharmacies and a clinic.

Palm 54 is spacious a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, fully equipped and fully air-conditioned villa that offers quality furniture and fittings throughout as well as free high speed wi-fi internet and satellite TV with English, Russian and European channels.
