Protaras Apollon Seaside Villa is a stunning five-bedroom property located in quite suburbs of Protaras just five minutes' walk to Vyzakia Beach and 1.5km to the Central Protaras Strip.
This villa, furnished with utmost care to feel like a home away from home features a large private pool, a patio with cozy furniture, BBQ and a parking space for at least 2 vehichles.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining table and fully equipped kitchen that open up into an ample garden area with 5x10 swimming pool, outdoor dining area and two more separate sitting areas under the covered pergolas.
The property features 5 double bedrooms, 2 of them are on the ground floor, both with their own en-suite showers. There is also a family bathroom with a shower located on the ground floor. The master bedroom on the first floor has its own en-suite shower, where the other two have the shared bathroom.
Complete with all modern appliances, quality furniture, fully air-conditioned, high speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels, the property is comfortable, tastefully decorated and well maintained.
