Pernera Beach Premier Villa is a brand new, modern and spacious villa in small, gated development just 2 minutes' walk to the Blue Flag Kalamies Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Cyprus.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and the family shower room. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, en-suite shower and a large balcony overlooking the nearby tennis courts and partial sea-views. The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with a double bed each.
Pernera Beach Premier Villa offers a large, tiled, overflow pool and a comfortable outside patio area fully equipped with a comfortable rattan sofa set, outside dining table, excellent BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night.
The whole house is furnished luxuriously with a modern feel and care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances.
Pernera Beach Premier Villa is located in one of the best areas of Protaras Region, just 2 minutes' walk to the picturesque Kalamies Beach. Within a 500-metre radius, you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water sports, organised beaches and much more.
The nearest beach is Kalamies, a white sand beach with crystal clear blue waters next to the picturesque fishing harbor of Golden Coast. Central Protaras Strip and Fig Tree Bay is just 3 minutes’ drive away. Protaras-Pernera offer many beautiful beaches as well as a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.

Constant contact via WhatsApp and if there were any issues the response was immediate and sorted out within the hour each time. The staff work so hard!!! The location is great, only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Pernera, bus routes and 10 minutes to the beach. The villa is in a cul-de-sac where there are permanent residents, who are lovely. The neighbour, Jason, grows mangos and brought some round for us, Due to illness we spent more time in the villa this year - we had everything we needed, with the TV too. We easily had food delivered via WOLT which is a great app to use for groceries and takeaway food. Pernera Beach Villa is amazing, well priced and has been perfect for our time in Cyprus. Thanks!!!! |

I would really have to dig deep to find something to even remotely complain about. Maybe the dishwasher could do with replacing, as it didn't wash very well, but we were happy to wash up so it really didn't cause a problem to the holday.

With uk sockets toaster and coffee machine need adaptor plugs on them as they don’t fit.and could be dangerous
