Just arriving at Villa Calypso and experiencing the fabulous panoramic views of Chrysohou Bay and Latchi Harbour together with the ambience and quality of this amazing villa will without doubt put you in the mood to enjoy a holiday of a lifetime.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area as well as a bedroom and bathroom. The first floor features two en-suite bedrooms with the master bedroom enjoying the most spetucular panoramic sea views and large veranda.
Villa Calypso is complete with a private pool, jacuzzi hot tub for 6 persons, free wi-fi and garden. From every part of the villa you can enjoy postcard sea views. Furnishings are guaranteed to please anyone as they have been carefully hand picked with the help of Celebrity Linda Barker.
As with all beaches near Latchi, the water's as clear as it's possible to be. The expanse of sand and pebbles seems to go on forever and all framed by the mountains in the distance.
Latchi's once tiny fishing harbour has been transformed into a modern marina, but it's still kept its laid back charm. Old stone fronted fish warehouses have been turned into restaurants, tavernas, shops and places of recreation. Mouth watering fresh fish comes straight off the boats and onto the grills of the eateries lining the harbour and beach front.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
The private pool can be optionally heated with an additional cost of 40Euro per night, which is particularly essential for the months between October to May.

The house needs better maintenance. The fridge is new but all other appliances need an upgrade. Plumbing needs maintenance, couches need covers.
