Carob Tree is a modern open plan villa, in a very relaxing setting, with sea and mountain views. It is located in a highly coveted area just a 3 minutes' walk to the beautiful Asprokremmos beach, and a few minutes’ drive from the the Baths of Aphrodite, Latchi amenities, shops and restaurants. The villa is also a few minutes’ walk from the exclusive five-star Annasa Hotel.
The villa is located at the edge of the Akamas National Park, an area of great unspoiled beauty unaffected by development, offering excellent opportunities for snorkeling and swimming in crystal clear waters. This location is of great advantage for guests also interested in wildlife, trekking, cycling and outdoor exploring.
The villa features a 9m x 4m private swimming pool, BBQ facilities and is set on matured landscaped gardens. The pool area offers a large decked area for sun bathing, and a covered outdoor terrace for both sitting and dining.
Inside the villa the large open plan living/dining area is furnished in an modern style. There is Wi–Fi internet access, a 32” flat screen TV, satellite, as well as an I pod speaker port. The fully fitted kitchen includes a hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.On the ground floor there is also a private double bedroom which opens to the pool area and an adjoining bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and a washing/drying machine.
Upstairs the master bedroom opens up to a large private balcony with excellent sea and mountain views, overlooking the pool and decked area. There is also a large adjoining bathroom, with sink and bath/shower. The third bedroom is a twin room with views looking across the mountains.
The villa offers free air conditioning (both hot and cold) throughout the property.
The parking space is private, fits 3 cars.
The water of the Latchi beaches is as clear as it can get. The expanse of sand and pebbles seems to go on forever with the view of the mountains in the distance.
Latchi's once tiny fishing harbour has been transformed into a modern marina, still keeping its laid back charm. Old stone fronted fish warehouses have been turned into restaurants, tavernas, shops and places of recreation. Mouth-watering fresh fish comes straight off the boats and onto the grills of the eateries lining the harbour and beach front.
The traditional stone village of Neo Chorio on the hills nearby offers traditional taverns in an idyllic setting, while for the more adventurous nature lovers, the Akamas Peninsula combines unspoiled sea and forested mountains. The area can be explored through the many nature trails offering marvelous views of the magnificent bay.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Loved the pool area and outside seating. Beds were very comfortable, lots of storage in bedrooms.
Kitchen was well equipped.
You definitely need a hire car as there is nowhere close to walk to and there are no pavements or street lights on the mainsee more

There is a steep slope into the drive which caught on the front bumper of our car. We avoided using the drive after the first attempt to get the car up there.
