The beach in front of the villa is a quiet beach visited mostly by local population and is literally right in front of your doorstep.

Legend has it that Leonardo da Vinci himself came here and bought an altar cloth, which he donated to Milan cathedral.
Amongst archaeological sites worth visiting, Choirokoitia is one of the best preserved sites of a prehistoric settlement brought to light in the Eastern Mediterranean, and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Larnaca airport is less than 10 minutes away yet there was no noise from the planes (which we had been concerned might be the case), so the commute to the villa was easy. Plenty of bedrooms, all with effective air conditioning. Kitchen is well-equipped. Generally a lot of space to support a large family or two. Property management were responsive to any queries. |

There are some signs of wear and tear across the villa which could maybe be addressed. e.g. missing drawers in one of the master bedrooms, damaged kitchen unit fascia, pool lights didn't work, and there was no grate for the bbq so it could not be ussee more

These were all minor details which did not ruin our holiday.

The villa is perfect for a large family with children. Especially with the pool and beach so close at hand. We were able to visit the nearby beaches , towns and wineries in the hills in easy time.

Great location for a family vacation. The beach is right out your back door and the home has a great layout for a large group. There are plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone. You will have the beach mostly all to yourself. You will need shoes to cross the rocks at the top of the beach, but once you do the water is clear and beach is sandy. The location was close to shopping, and days trips. Nisei Beach was beautiful, a day trip to Paros and Aphrodite’s Rock is a must. Our grandchildren loved Camel Park. A family run park with pool playgrounds and animals. The restaurant there was good and the day was a great value. Cypriot people were friendly everywhere. The food was delicious and everything was very affordable compared to US or EU dining or activities. You could have a lovely vacation if you never left the property.
