Faros Seaside Villa is a beachfront, 4-bedroom property, located on Pervolia beach in Larnaca with direct access to the beach.
The property was recently renovated in 2024 and furnished to a high standard in modern and comfortable style and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Entering the property you are greeted by a modern fully equipped kitchen with a marble breakfast bar, dining area with a large table for up to 10 people, and a spacious sitting area with a decorative fireplace. The patio doors opens wide to join the interior with the large pool patio and with an 4x12 meter swimming pool and direct access to the beach.
All four bedrooms are located on the upper floor and share 2 family shower facilities. The two seaside bedrooms have unobstructed views of the beach, offer double beds, and share balcony. The twin bedroom and the third double bedroom also share a balcony facing inland.
Further up there is a furnished roof patio overlooking the pool and offering privacy and spectacular views of the beach and Cyprus sunsets.
Overall, Faros Seaside Villa is the perfect property for a family holiday in an ideal location to explore the island, with easy access to all major cities and resorts.
Larnaca airport is about 12 minutes' drive from the villa and so is Mackenzie Beach which is probably the best beach in Larnaca. At Mackenzie you can find modern lounge bars, restaurants and cafes, there you can enjoy gourmet dinners, traditional fish meze, amazing cocktails and a great nightlife. The more central Finikoudes beach and square is about 15 minutes' drive from the villa and there you can find most international chains of restaurants and cafes. The kite surfing beach is about 5.5 km from the villa. The beach in front of the villa is a quiet beach visited mostly by local population and is literally right on your doorstep.

Meneou Mansion 7 is a fabulous property sitting on over 700 square meter plot at the seaside of Meneou Larnaca. Meneou Seaside Mansion 7 is fully air-conditioned and offers all amenities for a great and relaxing vacation including free unlimited, high speed Wi-Fi, flat Screen TV in the living room and all bedrooms as well as satellite TV with both English and Russian speaking Channels. 325 square meter mansion can easily accommodate 10 people party, where the ground floor offers an ample living – dining room area, with the pool table, large corner sofa TV area and a dining table for 8, as well as a separate kitchen with a second dining table. A double bedroom with a shower is also allocated on the ground floor, offering easy access to the people with limited mobility.
