The villa is conveniently situated in an area which has easy proximity to major towns. Larnaca Airport is about 7 minutes drive and Limassol about 35 minutes. Along the coast there are various beaches that you can explore, Kiti Beach is just on the front of your garden, Faros and Coconut Beach is about 800m from the villa, Kite Surfers Beach is about 7km away, Secret Paradise and Aldiana Beach Hotel are bout 5.5km. Further west, about 15min drive is Zygi Marina and fishing harbor with beautiful restaurants and pubs. The centre of Pervolia Village with numerous traditional taverns, cafes and mini markets is about 1km inland. The cosmopolitan Mackenzie Beach is about 10 minutes'drive away and the centre of Larnaca about 15 minutes.

There are so many things to write, that there's not enough space or time to write or read them all! The villa was first rate! The patio door was just steps from the Med's 97.4°F water! The furnishings were very nice. The patio grill was used thansee more
There are so many things to write, that there's not enough space or time to write or read them all! The villa was first rate! The patio door was just steps from the Med's 97.4°F water! The furnishings were very nice. The patio grill was used thanks to the nearby LIDL Market and it's numerous twin packages of 7Euro FRESH, NOT FROZEN Seabass. Plus small, neighborhood fruit and vegetable markets were nearby too. Multiple restaurants were just a short drive as well. If you have a desire for a midnight snack at 3am...there's even a 24 hour bakery with a sandwich station, a barrista plus all sorts of pastries! Soft sand bottom to the Med was enjoyable as well. Even the neighbors were welcoming! Returning once again for the 4th time in as many years!! So you know it's a great place to stay, relax, recharge, enjoy perfect weather, along with the equally good company of the local fulltime residents!

Faros Seaside Villa is a beachfront, 4-bedroom property, located on Pervolia beach in Larnaca with direct access to the beach. The property was recently renovated in 2024 and furnished to a high standard in modern and comfortable style and can accommodate up to 8 people. Entering the property you are greeted by a modern fully equipped kitchen with a marble breakfast bar, dining area with a large table for up to 10 people, and a spacious sitting area with a decorative fireplace. The patio doors opens wide to join the interior with the large pool patio and with an 4x12 meter swimming pool and direct access to the beach. All four bedrooms are located on the upper floor and share 2 family shower facilities. The two seaside bedrooms have unobstructed views of the beach, offer double beds, and share balcony. The twin bedroom and the third double bedroom also share a balcony facing inland. Further up there is a furnished roof patio overlooking the pool and offering privacy and spectacular views of the beach and Cyprus sunsets.
