Just 100meters from the villa there is a small sandy beach with easy access to sea. The nearest organised beach is Ayia Thekla Beach about 1.9km away while Makronissos and Nissi Beach are about 4km and 5km away from the house in the same direction. The new Ayia Napa Marina is a short 3-minute drive away and offers modern leisure facilitates, shops and public beach and pool bar. All the beaches in the area offer crystal clear blue waters and white sand. The picturesque fishing harbor of Potamos is located within 1 km from the villa and is definitely worth visiting to enjoy fresh fish with ouzo meze or simply to watch the fishing boats haul in their catch in their multicoloured baskets. Ayia Napa, the most cosmopolitan tourist resort of Cyprus, is just 5km away and there you can find all modern amenities and entertainment for kids of all ages, including gourmet restaurants, night clubs with worldwide famous DJs, lounge bars, beach, bars, supermarkets, trendy boutiques, luna parks and much more.
