Protaras Thalassa Beachfront Suite is a luxury 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in a gated, seafront complex with communal pool near the center of Protaras and situated between two sandy beaches, Green Bay and Lombardi Beach.
Thalassa Beachfront Suite offers unobstructed sea views, a spacious living room with comfortable sofa set, smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for six, a large balcony with comfortable sofa set as well as a family bathroom. The master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom also features a double bed while the third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. The two double bedrooms open and the living room open up to the large seafront covered veranda.
The apartment offers private parking for 2 cars, is fully equipped, fully airconditioned, and carefully furnished to include all necessary amenities, including high speed Wi-fi internet and satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels.
Guests have access to the large seafront, communal pool of Thalassa Complex with private sunbeds and parasols. The complex is gated, has private parking and access to the upper floors is either via the staircase or the lift.
Located right about 2km from the center of Protaras, this is stunning apartment, provides very easy access to two of the best beaches in Cyprus and all amenities that Protaras has to offer. The Blue Flag Fig Green Bay and Lombardi Beach, both with white sand and crystal-clear waters, are all less than 50 meters from Thalassa Complex. The apartment provides easy access to the beach and the centre yet it is in a quiet complex that offers relaxation.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/KWh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the rules of the complex and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist sehr schön. Der Balkon hat eine gute Größe und man hat eine gute Übersicht wenn man dort sitzt. Die Raumaufteilung und die Möblierung ist insgesamt gut gelungen. Man kann direkt vor dem Gebäude parken und mit dem Aufzug hosee more
Die Lage direkt am Meer ist sehr schön. Der Balkon hat eine gute Größe und man hat eine gute Übersicht wenn man dort sitzt. Die Raumaufteilung und die Möblierung ist insgesamt gut gelungen. Man kann direkt vor dem Gebäude parken und mit dem Aufzug hochfahren. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und einige gute Restaurants.
