Protaras H2O Seafront Suite is situated right next to Crystal Springs Beach and offers amazing sea views from the balcony as well as the living room. The lawn covered area in front of the building is ideal for sunbathing and child play and just to the right is a fully organized beach and Aigialos, a modern lounge bar restaurant on the beach for both day and night relaxation.
This comfortable holiday suite has been completely renovated, combining 2 one-bedroom apartments into a spacious two-bedroom, with an ample open plan kitchen, dining and living room area. The living room can be isolated from the kitchen-dining area with sliding doors or joint to obtain amble space for every family member to chill in its own favourite spot, but still be together.
H2O Suite offers a comfortable living room and dining area with a modern and minimal style furniture that includes a comfortable sofa-bed, flat screen TV and dining table as well as fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.
H2O Suite features two bedroom and two shower rooms as well as a double sofa bed in the living room so in total it can comfortably sleep six persons. The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed while the second bedroom with two single beds that could be optionally converted into a double at the guest's request. Along the living room there is a long balcony, ideal for enjoying a refreshing drink while watching blue Mediterranean waters.
H2O Suite is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers free parking, private high-speed Wi-Fi and the satellite TV with channels in many languages as well as many films and TV series free of charge.
Overall H2O Suite is ideal for a family of up to 6 persons.
Protaras H2O Seafront Suite is situated in Ayia Triada, near the new built Protaras Marina and offers amazing sea views. A few minutes' walk further down is the picturesque Sirina Bay and Ayia Triada Beach.
Just up across the road from the block of flats within a couple of minutes' walk you will find a kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pub, Onasis Fish Restaurant, Aigialos Beach Lounge Bar, as well as one of the most sought after hot-spots for children of all ages, the famous Sirina Bay.
At Central Protaras only 2 kms away, you can find many beautiful, white-sand beaches including the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, wake surf, scuba diving, canoeing, paragliding, fly fish and just about any water sport you may want. Protaras Central Strip also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving nightlife in the summer months.
Closer to the apartment, less than three minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants which are favoured amongst the locals for their high quality. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbor the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
The more cosmopolitan resort of Ayia Napa is only 10km away and offers great night life, excellent beaches, a large Luna-Park for all ages and one of the biggest waterparks of the Eastern Mediterranean.
Listed Prices include 150KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro100 over and above the total booking amount.

Closes washing mashine was not working and there were water coming on the flour during the day. It is visible that apartment was not renovated for some time, but still ok. Restaurants are quite far from aprtment and we had to drive.
